What is REAL TALK?
REAL TALK is a transformative journey for faith communities and organizations, paving the way to next-level freedom and a cultural shift toward transparency, authenticity, and safeguarding. This comprehensive program offers a train-the-trainer approach, featuring an immersive small group model, personalized pathways for growth, and continuous coaching and consulting support. By building a safe environment for processing and healing, REAL TALK equips participants with systemic tools from kindergarten through Leadership. It tackles challenging issues entrenched in secrecy and shame, empowering ministries to fortify themselves and embrace the fullness of their God-given purpose.

The "why" behind REAL TALK:
After more than a decade of experience in anti-trafficking, we've come to understand that trafficking serves as a symptom of deeper issues. To truly address the problem, we must intervene at its roots. Trafficking often stems from a culture of secrecy, shame, and addiction (yes, even in ministries!), which perpetuates the cycle by grooming men to become consumers and women to be exploited and abused.

REAL TALK is founded on the principle of addressing these underlying issues proactively. It goes beyond merely tackling sexual traumas; it aims to address the core factors of secrecy, shame, and life-controlling issues that manifest later in life. REAL TALK serves as both a preventive and healing measure, empowering believers to embrace their God-given purpose fully. Additionally, it serves as a safeguard for ministries and leaders, mitigating the risk of scandals and backlash in the future. This unique pathway was created to not only help individuals become free... but free indeed! REAL TALK equips entire ministries with a top down approach, with resources for men, women and Next Gen.

The average person keeps approximately 13 secrets at a time, five of which they have never told another soul.

The most common secrets include sexual behaviors and lies. (Columbia University, 2017)

Elizabeth Good

Elizabeth Melendez Fisher Good is a passionate pioneer and inspirational thought leader in the awakening around exploitation, shame, and secrets. She desires to expose the root of the issues the enemy introduces to steal purpose and power from people’s lives. She is the author of Groomed and Speak The Unspeakable, REAL TALK on Sex, Secrets and Being Set Free; and dedicates her life to helping people following Jesus to overcome messages and mindsets that hold them back from their true God-given identity, eternal purpose, and legacy. She has decades of experience in ministry and counseling, with a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology. Her three diverse decades of advertising/TV in Chicago, being an Area Pastor at Willow Creek Community Church and most recently, the Founder and CEO of an anti-sex trafficking organization, The Foundation United, all gives her a unique lens to healing and freedom. She lives in Sarasota, Florida where she enjoys being “The Good Wife” and has three amazing, God-loving young adults.

Vanessa Morris

Vanessa Morris is a graduate of the University of South Florida and Lead Creator of REAL TALK for K-12. She has worked in ministry and the anti-sex trafficking field for over the past 12 years. As the daughter of a survivor of sex trafficking, she has seen firsthand the impact that sexual abuse, shame, and secrets have on generations within a family. She was fortunate to be rescued by her family who helped her build a solid relationship with Jesus and gave her a passion for the Church. She is passionate about creating pathways for prevention, freedom, and inner healing in the Church, especially with youth and children. Vanessa is married to her best friend and has two sons.

REAL TALK Ambassador, Pastor

Alex Berg

Pastor Alex Berg is a REAL TALK Ambassador. He was born on Nov.18.1973, in Kazakhstan, in the former USSR, where he grew up as an atheist. In 1990, his family moved back to Germany, where he was exposed to the Gospel for the first time. It transformed his life and eventually led him to attend Seminary and launch as a missionary throughout his beloved Germany. He and his wife later launched Mosaik Church, which he still pastors to this day. He is passionate about the work of The Foundation United to Awaken the Church through REAL TALK and has witnessed its transformational impact in his own ministry. He and his wife have four wonderful children, Philip 26, Charlotte 23, Joanna 22 and Phoebe 19. He shares that some of his greatest loves in life include people, church, American Football, exploring different cultures and photography.

REAL TALK Ambassador, Inner-Healing Coach

Tammy Young

Ordained with the Assemblies of God in 2002, Tammy Young has provided inner-healing and spiritual direction for many in the more than 30 years of ministry. Tammy is an Associate Certified Coach and member of the International Coaching Federation, the gold standard in coaching around the world. She has a Master’s Degree in Christian Ministries with an emphasis in Leadership from AGTS/Evangel University. Today, Tammy coaches men and women to flourish in their present and move into their future. Read more here.

Dianna Walston

Dianna currently serves as a district representative for PenFlorida Women. She also leads Daughters By Design Women's Ministry, and serves in youth and worship ministries. As an adoptee and abuse survivor, Dianna has personally overcome life-controlling struggles surrounding shame, secrets, grief and grooming. Her experience through REAL TALK has led to her passion for helping others discover their value, renewed purpose and freedom from the past.

She is a wife of 33 years, mother of 3 and recently received her most beloved title, Grandma!

REAL TALK Global Scaling Advisor, President Emeritus, CRU

Allan Beeber, Phd, MBA, MABS,

Allan graduated from Muhlenberg College in 1972 with a degree in Honors Chemistry. He then received a Master’s + Ph.D. in Polymer Science and Engineering at the Univ. of Massachusetts in Amherst in 1977. During this time, he fully committed his life to Christ, and upon completing the doctorate, followed the Lord’s leading to enter full-time Christian ministry with Cru (Campus Crusade for Christ.) In 1988, he was asked to create and launch Cru’s first large-scale catalytic campus ministry (named Student LINC). The strategy and its various iterations over the past 30 years have been responsible in varying degrees for the creation of more than 10,000 catalytic evangelistic and discipleship movements worldwide. Together, several Cru affiliated ministries have exposed well over 3.5 Billion individuals to clear Gospel presentations in 2,100 languages with over 330 Million indicated decisions for Christ.

REAL TALK Ambassador & Security Expert

Alan Wilkett

Corporal (Ret) Alan Wilkett has served in law enforcement for over 25 years. In 2007 he was awarded the Law Enforcement Deputy of the Year. Corporal Wilkett holds a Florida Practitioner Designation in both crime prevention and CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design). He has trained law enforcement, federal agencies, state and local agencies, NGO’s, and churches. The Pasco Human Trafficking Task Force, the Human Trafficking Commission, and Light Up the Night are his founding initiatives. Corporal Wilkett was awarded the 2017 Florida Human Trafficking Law Enforcement Official of the Year from Attorney General Pam Bondi and received the Law Enforcement Lifetime Achievement Award from the Florida Crime Prevention Association. He sits on the Attorney General's Human Trafficking Task Force and brings a diverse perspective to both the dangers of the kingdom of darkness’s direct assault on our families and the hope of the kingdom of Light’s healing and deliverance. The son of a preacher, he has been involved in pastoral leadership for many years. Coupled with over 25 years of law enforcement, he has witnessed the full spectrum of life’s purpose. He is committed to bringing his life’s experiences to elevate and protect others.
